Merhaba, yogaya yeni başlayanlar için benim önerim duruşları doğru anlayabilmek için bir eğitmen dahilinde başlanması, doğru eğitmeni bulmak da işin biraz şans kısmı tabi. Kitaplardan yardım alabilirsiniz ama sadece kitaplara bakarak yoga asanalarına başlamayı çok doğru bulmuyorum ben, hareketi doğru anlayamama hatta kendinize zarar verme ihtimalini gözardı etmemelisiniz. Bulunduğunuz şehirde uygun yoga eğitmeni yoksa Purnam yayınlarının “Evde Yoga” kitabını önerebilirim. İçinizdeki cesareti keşfetmeniz dileğiyle 😉

ben boyle bisey olduguna inanmiyorum. bu konuda bana yol gosterebilirseniz sevinirim.
